| - Went here for a tire repair now for the 3rd time, and definitely not planning on returning.
Somehow I had forgotten how last time I was there, a had left my car to get a flat repaired after working a night shift, and they even had me drive my car out of their garage while I was crazy tired.
This time they told me it'd be a few cents under $40 for the flat repair, and that it'd take about 30 mins. When I got there, I confirmed the price, and was told $40 + tax, yet the receipt they printed me said $50 less a few cents, which included $4 for hazardous material charges. They then gave me an estimate of 1hr. When leaving them my tired to repair it and was just about to head to work, I said "so I'll be back in about an hour," when I was told it'd definitely take them over an hour.
Also while I was in the office, before being helped, the man at the front desk went to the garage, and started yelling at one of the mechanics. This gave me an unsettling feeling, thinking about the state of mind one of the mechanics who might be working on my car would be in, after being yelled at.
Of course, before they were done, they tried to convince me to do all kinds of work I didn't need (they've done this every time I've gone there, so it didn't surprise me).
A few days after the repair, I check the tire pressure on all my tires, and realized that they WAY over-inflated the tire they repaired.
While their actual flat repairs have been fairly decent, I don't see me returning to this location due to the way they treat their customers, plus $50 for a tire repair seems a bit much. Especially with the damage a simple over-inflation of a tire could cause (uneven wear, pool mileage).
