  • I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. I went in here to have some jewelry appraised and had the worst service ever. The woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude. When I asked what she could give me she said "well what are you expecting?" And I said "I'm just trying to get a general idea of what you guys would offer me for this product to see whether its worth me getting rid of" and she then must have decided I wasnt worth my time because she said "Well, I'll give you a penny" dropped my ring on the counter and walked away. Now, this is a diamond (certified) ring... Went down the street to cash converters and got a couple hundred
