I'm updating my review, but leaving the rating at 3 stars, for the moment. Mark, the owner of Xavier Limo finally called me today to ask about the issues I had back in December. Mark admitted the biggest reason he was calling me was because of this Yelp review. He asked if I would let his company show him the good service they usually offer and I agreed. Unfortunately, I have no need for a limo for the near future.
I did give Mark quite an earful about the lack of contact from him in December. He claims he did not get the several voice messages I left. He did apologize and accept responsibility for his actions and he promises that in the future I'll get those return phone calls.
Given the conversation I had with Mark, I would give them another try. Apparently he has added more drivers and I think a vehicle or two to his fleet, so he sounds a bit better prepared to handle the needs of his customers.
I hope that my next experience gives me the information I need to give Xavier Limo a 5-star rating! Good luck Mark!
