  • I haven't even stepped foot in the spa and I'm already receiving terrible service. I called Tiffany to get rates for a group of 10-15 for my birthday in April. I didn't get a call back until 2 days later. We spoke, she was nice and professional, and promised to email me info by the end of day or the following morning. It's been 5 days since we spoke and still no email.
