| - UPDATE: Nicholas (owner) not sure if you read my review- I've attached your response as a reference (please see attached pictures).
I called to make an appointment and mentioned the offer on YOUR printed brochures in my lobby. There is no third-party or expired website.
PS- i would like to thank the Yelp community for all of the support and kind words.
SECOND YELP/ March 5th:
(owner replied to my review overnight- implied that I was using a FAKE Yelp account since my name is HLM - and I have no profile picture):
Since I don't know how to reply to your response to my review, I will simply update mine. First, I have been on YELP since 2015. Anyone can refer to my public Yelp profile & clearly see this. I've left many compliments over the years for fantastic local businesses.
Second, my name is Haley - and HLM are my initials...but I added my profile pic since it seems to important to you.
Your company left brochures on display for the residents in MY home/building. They are very nice brochures, which is why I called you to make an appointment. Unfortunately, your brochures display (quite clearly) an offer in which you are no longer honoring. (A picture of these brochures is attached to my reviews ).
If you would like for me to tell reception to remove these, please let me know. I am happy to pass along the message for you to avoid any other potential new customers experiencing the same situation.
As mentioned, I wish your company lots of luck. I always support new businesses, as I am born and raised in Las Vegas and I believe in supporting our own. It seems you are very successful and not in need of any new customers. Regardless - I simply reviewed your company based on the initial contact I had with one of your employees upon seeking an appointment. Again, I wish you well & I'm happy to see another successful Vegas business. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

FIRST REVIEW: March 4th....
Upon looking for a new permanent dog groomer (my former groomer just moved), I was pleasantly surprised when reception at my high-rise guided me to our "vendor table" in the lobby which proudly displays brochures for select local businesses in our vicinity.
I was even more pleased to see that Furry Land mobile dog grooming offers 50% off to new customers for the first visit. I attached a picture of this brochure, so as you can see - there is no expiration date and no mention of a "limited time promotion."
I called to book an appointment and they advised that it "was only offered during the holidays and they are not able to honor" what their brochure states in black & white.
As a business woman myself, my advice would be this:
The proper answer is: "I apologize, we are no longer honoring the promo on the brochure. But since we failed to contact your high-rise to pull those brochures- and since we never included an expiration date - we will honor the offer as a one-time courtesy."
Assuming the service is great, they would have earned a new long-time customer.
Our dogs are like our children. They are furry members of the family. We are very careful about who we trust with them.
If a company leaves a bad taste in your mouth from initial contact, It's a sure sign... Move on.
I wish this business lots of luck and hope they improve in the customer development area. Thank you.
