Yes, this place is busy. It's one of the only post offices in the area. I'd like to start out by saying that the customer service is here is great. The employees are friendly, despite dealing with all that they do.
Occasionally, there is a truck parked outside that has an attendant in it to assist you with all of your postal needs.
I usually try to use the self service kiosk. That's open 24/7 and isn't too difficult to use if you follow the directions and don't try to do anything weird. You're able to send envelopes, various sized packages, buy a stamp, etc.
If you're here to pick up a package, prepare to wait in a long line on the lefthand side. That line doesn't move as fast as the regular lines. But PLEASE, be patient and kind. Those employees work so hard with weird hours and deal with everyone from all walks of life. The least you can do is say 'Thank You' and give them a smile.
