  • I have purchased gold and gems. Once I saw one very nice piece and said I'd buy it. Then they said it had been "mispriced" and wouldn't sell it to me at the displayed price. While flying home from Europe I bought my wife a nice watch on the airplane. The bracelet was too big and link would have to be removed. She took the watch to them and they said they wouldn't do it and she took it Fast Fix in Arrowhead Mall. They did it nicely while she waited. Don't think we'd trade wtih Setterberg again.
