I have to admit I have am yet to visit Britt's new Patisserie however I have been enjoying her pastries for years. My grandfather brings Britt's deserts over for after dinner every Sunday night. They are as delightful to look at as they are to eat. Recently, I tried her grapefruit tart and it was a perfect blend of sweet custard and bitter grapefruit.
I am very glad she got her own brick and mortar shop and hope to visit it soon.
