  • Absolutely ridiculous. Flying across the country takes a little patience and several hours. It's truly asinine to have one staff member helping the entire line of people seeking rentals. It's an airport deluded with heavy traffic. Why isn't there more than one employee working or at the very least a competent one. Inexcusable and the last time I use this company.
