The owner must have seen this review and just gave me a call and apologized for the situation. Great customer service and I'm upgrading this by one star. Mistakes happen and I'm really glad they do what they need to in order to making things right!

I had just come home from a rainy camping trip and my pillows were dirty AF. Apparently most dry cleaners do not clean pillows, so it was Lapels to the rescue!
The woman who greeted me and explained their services was so nice, and she even remembered me when I came back to get the pillows.
Unfortunately, when I received the pillows, they were still damp. I've had pillows cleaned before and had never experienced this, so I called back. The same woman explained that they don't dry the pillows for a long time, so sometimes this happens, and that if I laid them out, they would dry in an hour or so. I followed her instructions and it took all night to dry them out.
While the customer service here is great, I can't say I'm confident with the cleaning job they've done to my pillows. They were in a sealed bag, so imagine if I didn't come the next day and they just sat in there incubating in the moisture.... yuck! For such a high premium, I expect everything to come back perfect. I probably will not be back :(
