  • Today, at Sound & Light Healing, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY I experienced one of the John of God Crystal Bed Chakra Healing Light Therapy lamps/beds. John of God is a mystic/medium in Brazil, and his chromotherapy-style lamp uses 7 quartz crystals to clean and strengthen your chakras by sending corresponding chakra-colored lights through crystal-clear, highly polished Vogel-cut clear quartz crystals and onto your chakra centers from 12" above your body. Please research this healing practice (ie, lamp/bed) online for more specifics on how this healing practice works. YouTube even has videos of Oprah's interview with John of God. For best results, arrive well hydrated and wearing white clothing from head to toe. After my 40 minute session, I felt a little spacey but had some insights as if I had been in a light meditative state. I felt rejuvenated! After the crystal bed session, Rev. Christopher Gallagher printed out a short but informative eastern numerology report about me; led me in Kundalini meditation mantras/music personalized to my numerology; and did a Reiki healing on my leg. After, we talked about gong healing; both New Thought and Science of Mind beliefs; Sikhism; Reiki; and even Sukyo Mahikari. I was in such a state of love and light after I left for the grocery that the cashier at Fry's noticed and asked me if I was in love!!!! LOL! I told her no but that I had done chakra therapy and Kundalini mantras!
