Dr. Silverman and his staff are great. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. We have not had an issue with the office trying to upsell procedures. I typically have to wait about 20-30 minutes before being seen, which can be annoying when I'm having to change my schedule to accommodate their appointment times.
I am concerned about repeated billing issues. My husband and I have paid our balance at the end of each visit, yet we have received multiple bills. We have contacted Gentle Dental and they say our balance is $0. They have confirmed this multiple times, but I continue to receive "past due bills" by mail. This is beyond frustrating and needs to be corrected.
