  • Focusing on the positive! My BMW key/remote was not working for about a week. So last night I decided to try a mobile locksmith company. When I called they quoted me $25 to come out, and $129 for a replacement key. I told the person on the phone that I was not sure if it was just the battery of if I needed a new key. The technician shows up, and quotes me almost $500 for one replacement key. Told me he could do it for $375 if I paid cash. I paid him his $25 for coming out, and told him that's ok, I'll look around. So I stopped by this O'Reilly store today on my way to the office to get a replacement battery for my key/remote. The gentleman that helped me wen the extra mile. He went ahead and took out the battery, and replaced it with the new one, all for $6. I reprogrammed it later, and it works fine now. Thanks O'Reilly for the convenience and great service.
