  • We had an upgraded resort room and it was a friendly and courteous check-in, clean room and really good cleaning and service staff the entire trip. I do think that little updates are needed such as new wallpaper in halls and stains removed from carpets in rooms, and then the rooms would be immaculate in my opinion. I will always love this hotel though....I have stayed here more than any other hotel in LV. The atmosphere and staff make it a great place. The location is great and I love the casino. I will be back.
