I truly cannot stand this Sally's. I live about 5 min from it so I only go there when I'm really desperate and short on time. Every time I go here I'm just disappointed.
My first gripe....
I go to this location to purchase a blow dryer and the customer service rep asks if I had any questions on what I was looking for. I did some research prior on my own before I came in, but I figured it'd be good to get an opinion from someone who worked there. So I figured I'd try to utilize her knowledge. When I asked her about a couple potential blow dryers I was looking at she pulled out the two boxes and read the info on the side of the boxes. I could of done that. Every customer that goes to Sally's is not a hair or beauty expert.
The employee was super nice and polite, but why have a whole store of employees that aren't knowledgeable of the products they're selling? There should at least be one person in the store that knows about these very specific type products.
Second Gripe...
Was the fact that they couldn't (or more so just wouldn't) do split transactions on two cards. They told me I needed cash first in order to split it with the card. It is 2017 and Sally's is a national corporate company. I truly believe this company can do that and that the employees were just incompetent and lazy about the transaction.
Although this Sally's is close to me, it isn't convenient in service because the employees are useless. I'd rather just drive to a further location or go to the Ulta in the same shopping strip mall (which isn't all that great either in the customer service department either).
Sorry not sorry. Get it together Sally's on Rainbow.
