I had breakfast here three times. The food was consistently excellent, as was the coffee. Having never eaten at this chain (I avoid chains) I was quite pleasantly surprised. Go for the Hawaiian omelette. The first time the service was very good, a gentleman serving. The next time got served by a woman that, though friendly seemed flustered and forgot things. The place wasn't very busy at the time. My last time was on a Monday and a slender blonde waitress gave superb service. If I owned a business I'd try to steal her away. Just really top notch. Kudos to her and the cooks.
