  • Internet service is a joke...they tell you that you can purchase higher speed and when you complain that it is really low and proven to be low by the speedtest and techs from Cox , they offer to set you at a lower package level...about $7 and will only credit one month...totally a rip off for majority of their customers....the government regulators need to take action!!! And , yes, they are not the only providers doing this...
