  • I've been searching for a place that serves Manhattan clam chowder and finally stumbled upon this gem. We went during lunch hours so the pricing was pretty fair. I was hesitant deciding between a cup or a bowl at first, and went with a cup. I was so impressed by the chowder I even ordered another bowl! The oysters and clams on a half shell were very fresh and delicious. Aside from the pleasing taste of these dishes, I just wasn't very impressed by the service. The waitress seemed a little backed up and stressed out serving the few tables by us and didn't check up on us often. It's okay though, everyone has their days.
