  • I had previously reviewed this complex and had pretty negative things to say about it as when we first arrived here we had plenty of issues. Since the new manager Shelly has taken over this complex has done a complete 180. Shelly truly cares for her residents. The grounds are upkept every week and all trash and dog poop is being picked up my maintance. The grounds have really improved. Shelly has addressed and resolved all of our issues. However there are still very many residents that smoke cigarettes that it can be overwhelming at times. Residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments and on the patios and in common areas. So if you have a issues (health or not) with smoking you should take that into consideration. As for the parking Shelly has stepped up parking enforcement and we have not had any parking issues. Before her arrival parking was a nightmare because people would park in our covered parking spots or in the fire lane and leave their cars or in handicap spots that were not handicapped. This complex overal has become much better and the problem apartments are being kicked out which has really changed the atmosphere here. There is no kids playground which does suck because there are very many kids in this complex that get bored and cause mischief because of it. There is a dog wash area with poop bags but it is not fenced in. The fitness room is a tiny bit small but it serves its purpose. There is a dog grooming room where you can wash and groom your pets. They have a movie theater you can rent out and a nice clubhouse to entertain. The pool areas are in good condition and the main pool is very nice. My experience here at first was bad but since Shelly has taken over we are pleased.
