  • Pawtique is unique for a lot of reasons but the main reason I shop here is because this is a PET store with a sincere and solid interest in the well being of PETS. The Owner and employees are so knowledgable and informative about the health of our dogs and cats. Their shortfall is their people skills; I actually have also witnessed/experienced less than impressive customer service from them in comparison to corporate pet food stores, however... their ability to coach and resolve health issues going on with my dogs or cats is right on point! Diana knows her stuff! I seek out her opinion and advice before I visit the vet, because 95% of the time she can tell me whats going on, WHY its going on and how to resolve the health issue permanently with a natural and healthy solution instead of dropping hundreds of dollars at the vet for them to say " Try This Antibiotic " and the problem resurfaces a month later. I appreciate her for this reason and respect that you can't have your cake and eat it too! If you want to just buy dog food and shoot the breeze with the cashier who thinks your dog is cute.. maybe go to Pet Supplies Plus..
