I usually love going to h&m as they have lovely clothing. I went to return something i bought and had called the company 1800 number to see if I could get my money back, I was told yes. I get to the store to return it and someone tells me I needed government ID, which I did not have as I am 16 and they wouldn't accept my health card as government ID so I was told to bring my passport. I came back another day with my passport and the guy working there told me i couldn't get my money back but just store credit, I tried to say that wasn't what I was told and he just rolled his eyes and turned to his manager to ask if I could use my passport, I said that it is what I was told earlier that week and he then began to rudely sass me and began insinuating that I had stolen the item and was trying to return it to get the money since I didn't have "real ID" when in reality I'm just underaged. the behaviour was disgusting and I will travel to go to any other h&m before I go to this one.
