  • We were here for New Years, for 2 nights. And, It appears the "Occupy" movement has got tired of tents and have moved into the Double Tree hotel. It seems we were the only people on our floor without dreads and pot. Many of these people were hanging out in front of the hotel, sitting on the steps, for most of the days and evening too. When I asked what was going on to the desk staff, they said... "Sir, it's New Years". Hmmm? The sheets have been used too many times and they need to get new ones. Also, our room came well equipped with two unique blood stains, on the down comforter and wall in bathroom. Happy New Year to us.
