  • I went in to the Spring Valley Sams Club and was greeted with a great smile. Then went on to shop and they had samples. Picked up some things that was sampled. The lines were a little long and the managers came out to the people in line and did a pre-check so all we needed to do was scan our card and we were done. Great customer service. As I left the person checking me out was from Germany. She had a great smile on her face and she has worked there for several years with her pin. Saw her picture on the wall a few months ago as employee of the month. I now know why. As I left she left a smile on my thoughts and I look forward going back.
