  • Beautiful & Clean studio with great instructors that offer assists. I always get a warm welcome when I walk in the door and I always leave with a smile. The restaurant next door is one of my favorites, spacious locker rooms, weight/strength classes, a day spa, yoga philosophy discussions on Sundays, Ashtanga, and CHILD CARE. I don't use the child care often but it's so nice to know it's there should I need it. I have two torn rotator cuffs (left and rt shoulder)so lately I modify and move a little slower. The motto is "You Do You" I never feel like I have to keep up with the rest of the class or size up to the person next to me. No judgement! Love that! This is not your typical yoga studio since they crank up the music and the pace is a little fast. But this is the reason I love it. I've been to many studios in Southern California and several throughout Charlotte & while they are all great and each offers something a little different, in my opinion, none compare to Y2.
