DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!! I have had better highlights at many other places for half the price. I had a cut and partial highlight done by a level 2. It was one of the worst highlights I've ever had, I asked her to make it lighter and she actually gave me darker blonde. Called a couple weeks later to see if they could throw a couple foils in the front since it looks like I have about 7 weeks of growth. It was just past the 2 week mark and they refused to do anything. I tried to explain I was out of town, and that's why I would have called earlier. This snotty little girl "River" hung up on me. I called back to complain to one of the managers and apparently she will be spoken to as this is a pattern with her. Anyhow, they offered to give me a discount on the next partial and cut but I told them I wouldn't be back since they didn't make it right the first time. This is unbelievable to me - I've never had a salon not remedy the situation when I wasn't happy with the service. Usually expensive places equal good service but this is an exception to that rule.
Also, when I went to check out there was a line 20 people deep. No one called for backup. The customer service staff are a little on the snobby side. It's very amusing to me these kids who make $8 per hour act like they are doing us a favor by letting us come to their salon. Don't waste your time, the service is sub par and the so is the "talent."
