It is really not a spa, more like a basement with treatment rooms, lockers, and a dry sauna. I likely would have given a higher rating if my appointments would have been earlier then 5 and 6. It was clear the massage therapist and esthetician were tired. The massage was fine but pressure was light. The facial was short, 40 minutes instead of the paid for 50. And most of the time cream was sitting on my face. I was disappointed that I did even receive a scalp massage. The steamer was broken and could only reach the right side of my face. I asked for it to be moved to the other side, sorry no extension cord. I bought a Groupon for $105 and tipped $30. Not sure this was a good value.
