  • Over-promised, under-delivered. Very solid sales pitch from a sharp owner/PM who came out for the initial consult, but the resulting visits have been disappointing. Crew showed up on Monday AM for a Saturday job with no communication whatsoever. Lead guy blamed the rain (fair point), but took zero ownership for us not receiving a call. Lots of promises about improving irrigation system, and even testing it on each visit, which has never happened. That was their chief selling point on the front end, hence the "over-promise, under-deliver." Mostly just cutting the grass and walking around with the leaf blower for 30 minutes. To be fair, they did a nice job with tree trimming and removal of some damaged limbs on the heels of monsoon season. I would recommend them for that level of specialized arbor service, but certainly not for the week-to-week maintenance work. Several lower priced co's in the valley that will give home owners a better ROI.
