  • Honestly, this was the worst experience I have EVER had with any company I have ever dealt with. The team that came out to install the fence poured a small bag of dry concrete mix into the holes they dug. when I questioned them about it, they said the ground water will solidify them over time. In my opinion, they didn't put enough concrete in the fence post holes regardless, which caused my fence to be very flimsy. I have seen other reviews state this exact thing with their fences from Legacy, and I feel that mine is the same. I am considering digging around the fence posts and adding more concrete to stabilize it. What a pain. There are other bigger issues that I would LOVE to say online, but I have been threatened by Legacy Fence with a lawsuit for defamation! Although I believe the statements are true, why would I want to see these people in court? I never want to see or hear from them again! Unbelievable! All I ever really wanted was to pay the quoted price for a well constructed fence. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
