  • A visit to the Distillery District proved to be quite fruitful when I found Soma Chocolatemaker. I am a sucker for exquisite chocolate treats and it was like being in a toy shop to me. The interior was simple but the selections were plenty. I couldn't afford most of them unfortunately but I bought a small artisanal dark chocolate bar as a treat to myself. It was smooth, well tempered and I could taste the spices which complemented the chocolate excellently. It was simply a beautiful way to spend my day in Toronto.
