  • So the second time was NOT as good as the first with this company they were HORRIBLE! The crew showed up a half hour late. The guys stood around and talked on the phone and stood around talking to each other not fast movers AT ALL. Most of my things were still shrink wrapped from the previous crew 2 months ago so all they had to do was move my wrapped boxed stuff to my new apartment from my storage unit and it took them 2 1/2 hours longer than the first crew that took it all apart and wrapped it. The furniture I did have that was taken down and set up by the first crew was just picked up from where I was staying was and just moved, they didn't bother to take it apart so my table was scratched. They left shrink wrap on a bunch of my stuff so we had to go through and remove it all, they took some pictures from my storage but left others, so we had to go back and get the rest of them. They broke the leg off my $1000 armoire and said oh this was broken ahh no it wasn't you guys just moved it here 2 months ago. I told them I'd take my vacuum and they insisted no we'll move it...they broke it another $200 so I called to complain and was told they'd call me back...still waiting...they never did but they charged my credit card right away $534.00 bucks!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
