This is a great boot camp to get in shape for anyone young or old. The sessions are only a half hour and they offer many times throughout the day so it's so easy to get your workout done. The trainers really care about you and your progress and keep classes fresh so it's not the same old thing each week. I'm in the last week of my 6 week challenge and have lost pounds and inches and feel as fit as I was 10 years ago when I was 28.
