  • Aspen Dental was great! I was seen on time, the staff was very friendly, straightforward, and reassuring. The price is almost exactly what my insurance quoted, and the "almost" part was an ignorance on my part, and my question was answered in the final quote, which was clearly explained before I could even ask! The Dr, I didn't catch his name, which is fine, because I have another appointment on the 20th of Sept, (tomorrow) was a very nice man. Going to the dentist is usually a scary feeling, but I didn't feel nervous or awkward, it was a very easy appointment. --- I'd like to note that this was first visit to Aspen Dental and while I felt like I was being told everything... It turns out I was not. They failed to mention that I would have to pay at the time of my visit and being billed was not an option. For those of you like myself, who don't have the option to pay upfront, this was extremely disappointing. It makes getting a broken tooth that causes a great deal of pain to get fixed impossible. So my initial rating was 5, and now it's a 1.
