  • I really truly do not understand all of these five star reviews. I seriously have had the worst experiences with one of their attorneys, over and over. The ONLY good thing was that he responded quickly via email but he was constantly confused or had forgotten (all of?) the details of the case. He would review things so quickly that I had to stop him, time and time again, to ask him, "I'm sorry, what is that exactly?" and "What does that acronym mean?" I didn't need it dumbed-down, I'm not an idiot, but I needed the legal terms and processes explained, because I'm not an attorney! The office dropped the ball for over a month on filing paperwork on my behalf and if I hadn't of checked on it, I don't think it would have ever gotten done. The front desk receptionist was never friendly and acted like my being there was an annoyance. I just could not recommend this firm.
