  • I used to really enjoy this place, but they have made many bad changes within the past several months. They give you a regular towel and a small towel--period. They used to have extra towels in the locker rooms--not anymore. You end up trying to dry yourself off with a wet towel--that's not even sanitary. They used to have shaving soap and razors--not anymore. There was no attendant, either, so nobody was cleaning. I went in the morning and they only had one employee for the entire place. He was very nice, but if a woman had an issue, she would have been out of luck. The steam room had steam, but it wasn't hot at all--just warm. They also have a new rule where you have to wear the uniform in certain parts of the locker room, so you would have to keep putting clothes on and taking them off. I know that they are trying to stop people from doing inappropriate things, but if they had an attendance walking around, that wouldn't be an issue. It seems to me that they have made all of these changes to save money, but now it doesn't seem like a Korean spa anymore. Unless they change back, I will not be returning.
