Well, I've had your cupcakes before and they were good and the women there was nice but not tonight. Just left your place with four cupcakes to share with my grandchildren for my birthday tonight. I had our 5 year old little granddaughter with me and my husband. We walk in (only people there) the younger girls just stood there and looked at us until we said hello to her. We selected four cupcakes (over $4.00 each) and she only spoke when we asked her a description and with a very short answer. I told my granddaughter to thank the nice lady for our cupcakes and she did. She never thanked us and last I checked WE were the customer. She also never said "you're welcome" either. So my husband uses his debit card and a screen came up with a suggested 15% tip! Automatically guilting the customer to tip and I am very glad he chose not to. When we were walking out saying goodbye she still never answered back to say goodbye it thank you. Disgusting. No one NEEDS to go to a bakery to survive-it's a treat. It starts as soon as your customer walks in the door and ends when they walk out. You need to treat it as so, make it a special treat memory for the little ones who come in at least. Just rude. We won't be back.
