I found this place on yelp and based on the reviews I was excited so I called asked if I had to setup an appointment and the lady told me yes. Due to a conference call she had to take she rescheduled the appointment. I got there and still on the phone and waited for a bit. I showed her the dresses I had already seen online, not all were pulled but she didn't inform me if she had them or not. When it came to trying them on she barely even helped me as in zipping the back because I couldn't reach or using clamps because it was too big. It seems like she's was in a big hurry to help me because once I was in the dress she was kind of like what do you think and of course I would say I don't know because its not on me properly zipped/ clamped and right away she closes the curtain and sticks her hand in as if I already had it off me. High quality dresses but poor customer service. My friends wedding is in November and I have until May to find a dress and its not like my budget is 100 or less. My budget is 300 which was pretty much almost every dress in there. Oh and to confirm that she was rushing me, once I left the store she closed and locked the door.
I went to california to help accompany the bride in choosing a bridal gown and it so happens there's a Bella bridesmaid location in San Diego near the place where we got her dress and they highly refer brides maids to go there and because we had such a great experience with the place where she got her gown I took it into consideration and I did find my dress which is one of the dresses I did try on here in Las Vegas. The lady helped me put on all the dresses on properly and did not rush me at all. She even build a repor not like the other location here in Vegas. It was quiet and it felt awkward.
