  • I'm a loyal customer. I've used Blue Chip Auto Glass to repair or replace my windshield 3 or 4 times now. My poor windshield takes a rock every 6 months or so and these folks make it easy to get it fixed. I call them up to let them know what I need. They call my insurance company and get us on a conference call to get insurance approval. We set up a time and place for repair. They meet me wherever I am (usually at work), and in no time I'm good as new. They are also good about keeping me informed if someone is running late and they usually have a rep call me a little while after the repair to make sure everything went well. I really appreciate the good customer service.
