  • Buyer be ware! This sounds very similar to Gary W.'s review on 2/24/2017. If it smells like a rat then it must be a rat! This business is extremely unethical! I cancelled by membership almost 9 months ago! I did it in person at the PV location. They slyly "put to on temporary hold" even though I said no. Surprise after 3 months they started charging my card again! After talking with Leah the manager they credited my account so I thought the matter was finally resolved then lo and behold it happened again so again I spoke to Leah and they credited my credit card for the second time. Guess what she never stopped charging my card but thank goodness for AMEX and it's policy of protecting its' customers! They will never be able to charge my credit card again!
