  • I have been using Apple products for years. The reason I buy their products is because of their customer satisfaction. I'm always treated kindly and with respect even though I'm 30 years older than their employees. LOL. Anytime I've had a question or problem I just stop in the store and they take care of it. These days customer care and satisfaction are fleeting things so I will support businesses that still provide it. Their products are top notch and user friendly. They cost more but are worth the price difference.
