  • I called and made an appointment to see a car that was posted for sell on their website. I confirmed it was still for sale and asked Natasha (whom I spoke with) to please call before my apt if it sells, as she knew I was driving from out of state. Yesterday morning at 9:15 I received a call confirming the noon appt. Never once did they tell me the car was sold. Classic bait and switch that I would expect from a used car dealership but not a reputable Lexus dealership. They were very evasive and I finally asked the salesman where the car was he avoided the question and pushed more expensive cars my way. Then after posting negative reviews on their FB page I received a phone call from the manager who was extremely rude and referred to me as uneducated, I posted the video on their FB wall. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I will be contacting Lexus HQ.
