  • I have been to this location several times and each time I am amazed at the lack of customer service. The employees have no sense of urgency and just seem to not care at all. I have repeatedly received the wrong order, been charged the incorrect amount, and been told to wait while employees finish a conversation. In addition to the horrible customer service, the quality of the food is equally as bad. I have been given 'munchkins' that are stiff and taste like they were taken out of the freezer only minutes ago. The coffee is lukewarm at best. Extremely disappointed.
