I would love to give this dealership higher than a one. But when every encounter after the sale has been negative I'm forced to write this review. The service department is sneaky, they lack transparency and they treat women customers as if they are idiots. The service manager Ron M was very dismissive combative and on several times I had to ask him to let me finish talking. Because he didn't want to hear what I had to say. I had my engine replaced on a recall and was never asked to change the hoses. Before picking it up I ask them if they had changed the hoses. They said that my 95k miles hoses "looked good". I requested that they change hoses and paid for them to do so. After picking up the vehicle we realized that not all hoses were changed. We called the service department and Gary(service writer) told me that he personally saw my hoses getting changed. I told him that my lower radiator hose was still old. I return the car and he confirmed that it was still an old hose. To which i replied, "I know".
I was also offered an alignment and a battery. Because my alignment was a little off and my battery was a little low. I said that I would take that to my regular mechanic. The next week I take the car to my regular mechanic and my mechanic assesses that there is no alignment problem and no battery needed. I take the documents showing no service needed to the service manager Ron M and he is combative dismissive and not receptive to any of my advice or complaints.
Women beware!
If you are not mechanically inclined beware.
If they tell you you need any sort of service make sure you get it in writing. Don't trust any word of mouth recommendations.
