rev:text	PLEASE DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THESE APARTMENTS. Take glance at all these bad reviews and know this place is terrible. Don't be fooled like me :( The good: -Great location -Dog friendly -1 bedroom is a great size -Washer & dryer in unit -Walk-in closets The bad: -Non responsive maintenance and unbelievably rude management -if you want something fixed they will not come or return your calls. I have been waiting for almost 2 months now. Doesn't matter how many emails or phone calls you make. -HOWEVER they will randomly come into your apartment without permission to do work orders that you never made. This has happened to me TWICE. On one of the occasions they didn't even leave a note and denied they entered my apartment. I had to call the Scottsdale Police department. After a week they finally called me back and admitted they did a walk through and gave me a coffee maker to "make it right" -Overpriced. I have the upgraded 1 bedroom and could afford renting 3 bedroom house for this price -they did a terrible job upgrading the apartments. Something is always falling apart. Which means you have to call the non responsive maintenance and rude office again -no parking (the spot they gave me is far away, and the uncovered spots are always taken) -The other day I went to pick up a package and the new property manager (who i've never met) said "what do you want" and had the grumpiest look on her face. You can tell she hates her job -half the residents are on section 8 and are always at the pool. AKA Very creepy men and trashy people which make it uncomfortable to go the pool I will not be renewing my lease here and have been recommending friends to stay clear. I hope they make serious changes soon. This place has a ton of potential but needs a lot of TLC.
