  • Amy who is the "Shift Lead" is just plain rude. I came in with a large party and instead of helping the gentlemen upfront she decided not to which made my residents wait for there shakes. They ended up getting there shakes after there food so i asked for water cups so they could actually drink something & she says " oh i didn't know shakes were hydrating" like are you kidding me? How rude and ugly of a person can you be? I have elderly people with my who could choke if they don't have something to drink at times.
