  • 5 stars for the location and professional employees and 5 superior stars for our personal banker whose name is Alexa O'Hollaren. It's very rare to experience the type of customer service she gave to us and me and my father are grateful for that. Buying a new car when you are 21 is not easy! And if you got the right resource such as Alexa, you are in great hands. She's very flexible, professional, and respectful. Starting from having no experience of learning how to do a car loan until today where I'm driving my new car, she was a HUGE asset to my learning experience. Even when we entered the bank and she was already dealing with a customer, she assisted us quickly and was ready to start from wherever we left off before. My experience at BoFA very lovely and I thank Alexa for that! Hats off to you!
