  • On 9/12/2012 after purchasing a brand new watch, I went to Az Mills Mall- Jeweler on Duty to have links taken out of the watch. I spoke to a gentelman who stated he could take the links out and it would be $14.15, I proceeded with the agreement for him to take links out. We measured how many links would be removed. He removed 4 links, only to measure the watch again and needed one more removed. After he removed the links, he charged me, upon signing the reciept, I put the watch on to make sure it was the exact size I needed it to be. When I put the watch on I noticed the clasp would not evenly close and seemed to be a little twisted. I mentioned to him that I noticed he was having trouble removing the links and that if he could fix the issue. He took the watch to the table and came back stating theres nothing he could do because too many links had been removed. After going back and forth with him about how it is not the links but the clasp that is not working properly, he offered to put the links back in to show me that it was the links indeed. After putting the links in, same issue occurred with the clasp, he went on to blame me and tell me that I probably bought the watch like that, he told me that I didnt pay full price for it and it was probably on sale because of the "damaged clasp." I told him I had just bought the watch 2 hours prior to taking it in to have links removed, he said there was nothing else he could do and that he wouldn't "deal" with me anymore. I requested a refund where he said no because he performed the service and proceeded to walk away from me and left me unattended. Beware of this joke of a kiosk in the mall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
