  • I wish I could give them 5 starts bc I come here so much and the food is so good. Also the expansion is awesome! BUT!!!!!! Their consistency and customer service is trash!!!! It's literally happened to me every time I come. I get myself my food and I get sides for my kids usually fries beans and rice sometimes the soup. And every single time they bring out my food first and by the time my kids food comes I'm done! I don't know about you but no parent wants to deal with their hungry kids be upset while waiting for their food. The best part is when they actually bring my kids sides they bring NO PLATES or FORKS!!!! I'm not sure if every time they forget or assume my kids will eat from the table and use their hands. When I ask them for these simple things I always get and attitude and have to wait even longer meanwhile I finished my food 10 minuets earlier. On to the next part they always forget some sort of food item wether the fries or the soup or another side they always forget!!!!!! Also I don't understand how hard it is to get someone water cups after hey asked more than once and again the attitude. Honestly little customer service things go a loooonnnggg way!!!!!
