  • Great office staff, but unfortunately that does not make up the living community. Supposedly they were going to re-surface the parking lot years ago. They keep telling tenants that to give them hope. Don't fall for it. Maintenance is fast and can be great. Sometimes takes a few times to fix the same thing, and there's always a mess all over the floors when they're done. Pool seems to be closed on holiday weekends which can be frustrating. Especially when family comes in town to stay with you on 3-day weekends and they can't enjoy themselves at the pool. Not a safe living community when peoples' fights in their apartment are carried out into the main courtyard area. You can pretty much count on it to happen every week. Overall, office staff and maintenance are good. Everything after that depends on what is important to you at an apartment complex.
