  • This place is ridiculous, I was five minutes late to an appointment, upon my arrival I was told we were expecting you at 1 o'clock and since you were late we started cleaning another patient. I would understand if I always severely late but I was 5 maybe 6 minutes late, how does that warrant a 45 minute delay? Not only is that extremely rude but I would hope they understand that as working adults people have jobs and other factors that come into play like dealing with traffic, etc. I would probably recommend going elsewhere at one point he staff was amazing and I went there for over two years but recently it seems to have gone downhill.
