  • Among the worst! The lady answering the phone was annoyed by all the questions I asked so she put me on hold and I eventually had to hang up. The manager eventually calls back and sets up an appointment for the weekend. they never show up. I call to inquire and the service person apologizes for not calling and notifying me that he is late. After I mention I have been waiting for the entire afternoon, her says you were waiting for an hour! Then he hangs up on me. I had to call my insurance company and sort everything out all from the beginning.
